The Director of Real Estate Transactions is responsible for sourcing and negotiating real estate deals for new retail clubs in assigned markets for both corporate and franchise clubs, identify, evaluate, and pursue potential sites for corporate and franchise clubs. The director will negotiate LOI’s, lease terms, including lease language, and conditions with landlords and brokers to execute club deals.
Guide and grow our team of licensed real estate agents while driving recruitment of top producers. This role combines brokerage operations oversight with high-impact agent acquisition. Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations. Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.
